Animals have always been at the heart of my life and career. Supporting their comfort, well-being, and the people who love them is more than my profession, it's my passion.
I began my career working in animal shelters as a behavior consultant and professional dog trainer, helping animals and their families navigate behavior challenges while building stronger relationships. Over time, I came to understand that behavior is only one part of the picture true well-being also includes physical comfort, emotional balance, and compassionate care.
Working with senior companions, animals recovering from injury or physical strain, and families navigating end-of-life care inspired me to expand my knowledge of therapeutic bodywork, cold laser therapy, hospice and palliative support, companion animal end-of-life doula care, and pet parent education.
One of the things I value most about this work is meeting each companion exactly where they are. Every animal communicates in their own way, and I believe they deserve to have a voice in their care. Rather than following a routine, I take time to observe, listen, and allow each companion's comfort, communication, and individual responses to guide the session.
Whether supporting a young companion, helping a senior animal move more comfortably, assisting with recovery, or providing gentle comfort during life's final chapter, my goal is always the same, to provide thoughtful, individualized care that honors each companion's unique journey.
My education and certifications include:
I continue expanding my education in therapeutic bodywork, integrative wellness, and equine massage so I can provide the highest level of compassionate, evidence-informed care for the companions and families I serve.
Companion Animal Wellness was founded on a simple belief: every companion deserves comfort, dignity, compassion, and individualized care.
It is an honor to support companion animals and the people who love them through every stage of life.
